    Hi Angela!
    The thyme goes into the onions when you caramelise them. The almonds get toasted and thrown on top of the brie at the end and the lemon? Well, just give it a squeeze at any time, esp if you garnish with rocket. xx

    Argh! Now I feel like heading straight home and making that French Toast, but it’s only 4pm – looks delicioooous!!! (salivating) … seriously, I think I’m having French Toast for supper now. Anyways, fantastic meals, easy to make, cheap enough and very easy to follow. Great editing, S! Keep up the good work team!
